Shipping Policies Our company is committed to efficient shipping methods. All retail orders are typically shipped the same or next business day after the order was placed. The method of shipment is selected by the customer upon checkout.
Domestic Shipping All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. If the address is a post office box, apartment or unit, a carrier other than the carrier you initially selected may be needed to transport the package. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing ground shipping. Note: we are unable to ship to General Delivery addresses.
Free Shipping with minimum purchase Free Shipping may be available with a minimum purchase designated on the site. The Free Shipping offer pertains to orders delivered in the Continental USA. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii and any other address outside of the Continental USA. Free Shipping is limited to the Ground Service Carrier selected by our site upon checkout, additional options for expedited shipping or additional service carriers are made available at an additional charge.
Returns / Refunds and Exchanges Holland Belle Corporation wants you to be satisfied with your orders. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact our offices within 45 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 45 days for any reason, simply return the unused portion along with a detailed explanation of the reasons for your return to the address below.

Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued.
Procedure for returning or exchanging products.
- The product is returned to Holland Belle Corporation at the customer’s expense for shipping and handling.
- The return is accompanied by a signed statement from the customer identifying the reason for the return.
- A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the return.
- The unused portion of the product in its original container is returned.
- The name, address, and telephone number of the customer is provided.
- Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping that has verifiable tracking is suggested.
Holland Belle Corporation will pay the cost of shipping the replacement product(s) to customer.
Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns indicative of abuse.
